JOB REQUIREMENTS : In this role, you will represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. You will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service when processing transactions. Additionally, you will respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, either resolving them directly or directing members to the appropriate person for assistance. A key part of the role involves learning to recognize members' needs for services and making appropriate referrals. You will also handle all monetary transactions for members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every interaction.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : What You'll Be Doing : Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions; respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and / or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution; learn to recognize members' needs for services, and present and refer them appropriately; handle all monetary transactions for members.
What You'll Need to Be Successful : This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service; proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills is required; a positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role; excellent oral and written communication skills are required. This includes an every other Saturday rotation.
