A company is looking for a Director, Consumer Bank Procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of the Consumer Bank Procedure Program

Manage a team of procedure specialists and set performance expectations

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure procedural documentation aligns with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred

In-depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations

Successful supervision or management experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard banking programs

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
