Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Atlanta, GA. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including project management, expediting tasks, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. The individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with construction plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and closing
• Skills in Expediting and logistics management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources
• Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications in project management or construction management are a plus
• Experience in the commercial construction industry is preferred
