Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced ASC professionals (Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Business Office Managers, Billing / RCM Managers, or others with direct ASC operations experience) to serve as short-term advisors. This is a paid, flexible, contract engagement designed to help us learn directly from industry experts.

What You’ll Do :

  • Share your insights on ASC workflows (scheduling, patient flow, staff coordination, billing / RCM, compliance, supply management, etc.)
  • Provide honest feedback on technology pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in structured interviews and working sessions (remote)
  • Help us validate whether proposed solutions would deliver value in the ASC environment

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years working in an ASC (administrator, nurse manager, scheduler, billing specialist, or related role)
  • Hands-on understanding of ASC operations and challenges
  • Comfortable sharing candid, practical insights
  • Interest in shaping the future of technology in surgical centers

    • Engagement Details :

  • Type : Contract / Advisory (remote)
  • Time Commitment : 5–10 hours over 2–3 weeks (flexible scheduling)
