(Urgent Search) Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner...

The Division of Endocrinology at Albany Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with strong interest in diabetes care to join our outpatient team. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4 : 30pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Evaluate and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and adrenal / pituitary conditions
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging
• Develop and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with supervising endocrinologists
• Support patients with thyroid disease, osteoporosis and other common endocrine conditions
• Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle, and medication use
• Work closely with our physicians, nurses, and care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
