• Lead and supervise a team of skilled roofers to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinate tasks and delegate duties effectively among team members.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on site.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Pay and Benefits
