Job Description
Position Description :
This position is responsible for the delivery, design and development of a diverse set of learning and development programs and materials. This position supports delivery and instructional design at the enterprise level.
Deliver and develop training for associates and leaders at all levels of the company.
Use creativity of thought to identify the best delivery method to match the need; this could include in-person training, e-Learning, training materials, etc.
Success in this role will require the ability to build relationships quickly and establish strong credibility.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to communicate with people at varying levels of the organization will be important.
Position Location :
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.
What you do :
Develop and facilitate technical and soft skills training programs tailored to organizational and role-specific needs.
Create, revise, and maintain training materials, visual aids, and other instructional resources.
Utilize diverse training methods including instructor-led sessions and skills mastery approaches.
Conduct practical assessments to evaluate learner competency and provide feedback.
Design and apply metrics to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
Partner with managers and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training.
Gather feedback to enhance learning experiences and improve training impact.
Provide individualized coaching to strengthen enterprise learning and enhance skills learning.
Communicate and market new and existing learning programs to drive engagement and participation.
Promote LOMA and LIMRA learning programs to support professional development and industry certification.
Ensure visibility and accessibility of learning opportunities across the organization.
What you bring :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1-3 years of relevant experience in the areas of instructional design, learning, talent development, or training required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience delivering in-person training sessions desired.
Experience in a corporate (enterprise) training setting desired.
Experience working with enterprise learning management system(s) desired.
Experience creating eLearning materials desired.

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled.
The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details).
This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
