A reputable Fort Lauderdale law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-exposure cases while representing contractors, developers, engineers, and insurers throughout Florida.

What They’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in construction litigation, defect defense, or related commercial litigation

Strong knowledge of Florida construction law, Chapter 558, and defect liability issues

Skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and handling depositions and mediations

Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

What You’ll Do

Represent contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in litigation involving construction defects, delay claims, and breach of contract matters

Manage cases from pre-suit through trial preparation and resolution

Analyze contracts, indemnity clauses, and insurance coverage issues to assess risk and strategy

Collaborate closely with clients, experts, and firm leadership on case strategy and client development
