Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert

Overview

JST is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert with a technical background in Human Capital Management.

Oracle HCM SME Responsibilities

Responsible to prepare informational artifacts, and provide briefings & communications related to Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, implementation and deployment to varied audiences (peer technical staff, business customers, and senior client leadership)

• Design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
• Resolve highly complex techno-functional problems in Core HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud
• The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction / service expertise
