Job Summary :
We're looking for a versatile and highly capable Employee Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a member of ADI’s Employee Communications Team, you will help manage internal communications and intranet content, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination. This role requires close collaboration with HR Shared Services, IT and other stakeholders, as well as the generation and distribution of digital content to support the internal brand.
This position is an individual contributor role within a team.
Key Responsibilities :
Craft compelling content for a variety of internal communication channels, ensuring messages resonate with specific audiences and achieve desired objectives
Drafting and distributing company-wide and large group emails, MS Teams posts, and content for internal platforms with quality and excellence
Proposing compelling stories that celebrate company wins and drive audience behavior
Role Requirements :
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
