Position : Program Control Specialist

Location : Stafford, VA

Status : Full-time, on-site work

Required Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of experience supporting DoD programs (expert level with over 12 years' experience is preferred) that rely on the Integrated Defense AT&L Lifecycle Management Framework; ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules; and developing solutions to program problems.
• Experience : 10 plus years of professional experience in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for the DoD, assisting a Program Management Office with Task Books and Work Breakdown Schedules, leading DoD Acquisitions professionals supporting varying competencies (e.g., Systems Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Program Analysis), well versed in Microsoft Project and its application in the development of Integrated Master Schedules. Must have ability to manage Programs of Record in accordance with DoD 5000 requirements. Must have ability to provide well-developed recommendations to Program Managers. Must be skilled in the acquisition lifecycle, process requirements, and the documentation contributed by the various competencies (engineering, logistics, etc.) Must have experience with Integrated Master Schedule development and maintenance via MS Project and / or OnePager.
• Citizenship and Clearance : U.S. Citizen with Active DoD Top Secret Clearance / SCI.
• Travel : Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements.
• Skills : Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team.
