About the Role :

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to maintain our facility in excellent working condition. This role combines hands-on repair work with daily cleaning responsibilities to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

What. You'll Be Doing :

Facility Maintenance & Repairs -

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs throughout the facility
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other consumable items as needed
• Repair or replace broken fixtures, hardware, and building components
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for repairs
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary

Daily Cleaning Duties -
