Position Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Maintain and organize digital files and company documents.
Perform data entry and update records in internal systems.
Assist with social media management and basic online research.
Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and maintain confidentiality of information.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
