Job Description

Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for long-term care in Illinois.

Our team offers unique access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

We value passion, teamwork, empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements :

Current Illinois license or in process
Master’s in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant
Prescriptive authority eligibility in Illinois
BCLS certification
Ability to drive to facilities
Full-time or part-time roles
Preferred : PMHNP Board Certification, 1+ year experience, Illinois license

Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and develop care plans

Use EHR systems

Collaborate with healthcare teams

Educate patients and families

Benefits :

$120k-$140k annually plus bonuses

$5k sign-on bonus
