3 rd Shift Production Associate

Job Title : 3rd Shift Production Associate

Location : Wadsworth, OH

Shift : Sunday – Thursday, 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Pay : $15.50 / hr to start – eligible for raise and benefits once hired on

Type : Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring Production Associates for 3rd Shift in Wadsworth, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term benefits and multiple bonus incentives once hired on!

Weekend Shift Incentive : Up to $19 / hr on Sat & Sun (12-hour shifts)

Unlimited Overtime Opportunities

Annual Profit Sharing Bonus : Approximately $5,000–$10,000+ (paid in October)

Christmas Bonus : $350

Job Duties :

  • Clean and prepare work bar
  • Rack and un-rack parts
  • Blow out dead holes with compressed air
  • Wipe down finished parts
  • Count and pack parts into containers

What We’re Looking For :

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Hand / eye coordination
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, count)
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
  • Reliable attendance and on-time performance
  • Physically capable of lifting and performing repetitive tasks
