Test Lead Position
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Please note : This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
Technical Skills / Experience :
- Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and five (5) years of related experience
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes
- Preferred leadership experience with offshore resources
- Testing terminology SDLC knowledge (waterfall & Agile)
- Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes. Knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (aka TFS)
- Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.
