Lead the vision : Set the overall marketing strategy, aligning digital, social, events, and in-store experiences to grow both revenue and loyalty.

Elevate our digital presence : Guide our social and digital managers to create content and campaigns that not only look stunning but drive real results.

Bring people together : Imagine, plan, and execute events that put Simmons at the heart of our community.

Grow the brand : Oversee partnerships with top jewelry brands, NIL athlete collaborations, and local sponsorships to expand our reach.

Inspire your team : Lead a small but mighty marketing crew with coaching, collaboration, and clear goals.

Keep us sharp : Stay on top of industry and cultural trends so Simmons feels timeless but never outdated.

Sales teams are supported with beautiful campaigns and materials that make their jobs easier.

What We’re Looking For

A strategist who can see the big picture and translate it into clear, actionable plans.

A leader who loves mentoring a team and collaborating across departments.

A creative thinker who also loves data, analytics, and measuring ROI.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing details with deadlines.

Experience with digital marketing, social media, event planning, and brand partnerships. Jewelry industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Position : Director of Marketing

Location : Meridian, Idaho (on-site role)
