Key Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce operations, including administration, bug fixes, and project enhancements
Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT teams to facilitate communication and project coordination
Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of related work experience in a managerial role
4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong knowledge of help desk and customer service best practices
Proven experience in managing customer-facing teams
