Your Role on the Team

Position Summary :

This position reports to the Compliance Officer and coordinates electronic document control processes for the department to ensure information (manuals, documents, SOPs, department SharePoint, etc) is current and readily accessible, content standards are maintained, and necessary approvals are in place. Maintains review schedules for revisions, obsolete items and archived documents. Performs assigned audit functions to ensure compliance with required standards and auditing schedules. Required Qualifications :

• Must possess the skill, knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems and operations
• Good communications skills
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel
• Detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple on-going assignments and successfully meet deadlines
• Ability to independently research and confirm information and perform search and document retrieval from the internet
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
• Ability to analyze data and present results in clear and concise formats
