Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM) | $15 - $18 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a law firm
• Additional education or legal office experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Ability to learn legal software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability
