Salesforce Marketing Consultant
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong partnerships with CX Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales / Trade teams within Kidde as well as Carrier IT teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
System Administration : Own the process for managing users, roles, and permissions across the platform
Consumer Journey Development : Hands-on development in SFMC to support consumer lifecycle marketing use cases
Consumer Data Utilization : Support consumer data model integration across SFMC,CDP, and Personalization
User Enablement : Provide training and documentation for platform use cases.
Thought Leadership : Bring insight to the organization that will drive future investments. Influence strategic and technology decisions by developing recommendations.
Testing Leadership : Coordinate UAT and QA activities to ensure seamless rollouts of new features
Implement platform use cases and integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, and Personalization
Support best practices for data collection and usage
Execute platform enhancements and development tasks
Support major platform enhancements with developer support
3+ years of relevant experience with cross-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred
Experience with one or more Salesforce coding languages (such as AMPscript)
