Provide on-site technical service and support in case of problems / malfunctions and
proactively with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems
- Provide on-site technical support
- Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
- Responsible for the return of the spare parts / materials that were not used or are out of order, to the warehouse
- Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
- Maintain and check that the vehicles are in good condition
- Collaborate with teams for other company projects
- Inform back office
- Build trust with clients, communicate special requirements, and inform the team regarding any variances in terms of contract
