ELS is hiring for the position of Business Analyst in Orlando, Florida. What You'll Do We are looking to create a position of Business Analyst. This position will act as the key interface between the users and the project manager to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users. The main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. This position will need to understand business user needs and how the software functions. Below is a more detailed list of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis

Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods

Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures

Acts as an escalation point to ensure users questions are addressed or tickets submitted.

Collaborate in the planning, development and implementation of training modules and enhancements.

Requirements
