The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Keokuk, IA !

Position Highlights :

  • Work / Life Balance : flexible schedule within clinic hours seeing on average 15 patients per day + hygiene checks
  • Full supportive team includes : 2 dentists, 2 registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, & support staff
  • Financial Support : Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
  • Competitive Salary : $175,000-$234,000 based on experience + production incentive
  • Operatories : 12
  • EHR : Epic Wisdom

  • Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and could continue annually for up to 5 years.
  • Paid Time Off : 20-28 PTO days / year + 7 paid holidays
  • Retirement Plans : 403b plan (4% of salary + 1% additional if employee contributes 2%); 457 plan eligible

    Requirements : What you’ll need
