Your Role as a Dietary Aide :
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents following dietary guidelines and resident preferences.Ensure dining and kitchen areas are clean, sanitary, and welcoming.Help with dishwashing and kitchen clean-up after meals.Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a timely and respectful manner.Monitor food temperatures and ensure food safety standards are maintained.Interact with residents with kindness, respect, and a customer service mindset.Follow all state, federal, and facility guidelines for food service operations.What We’re Looking For :
