We are seeking a committed Property Manager to oversee compliance processes, tenant onboarding, and day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless operations for permanent supportive housing units.

Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing inquiries and ensuring positive relations.

Manage lease renewals and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements.

Maintain legal and financial tenant files, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Prepare detailed monthly reports on occupancy rates, delinquencies, and maintenance needs.

Provide guidance and administrative support for property management teams across two sites.

Requirements :

Experience with Yardi systems, leasing, affordable housing compliance, and property management strongly desired.
