A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Payments Poster

As a Payment Poster, you will systematically post payments to client accounts, reconcile logs to ensure accuracy, post payments by line item, post zero pays and make appropriate adjustments while ensuring maximum accuracy. You will post credit card payments as well as physical check payments. Your time management skills and detail-oriented ability are essential to your success. You will enjoy being a part of our Payments team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient keyboarding and 10 key skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of RCM experience.

WORK SCHEDULE

The schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 3pm.
