As a key member of the Boston Whaler team, you will lead the design and delivery of dynamic training programs that empower employees to thrive in their roles and contribute to departmental success. This role is central to fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across the organization.
You will be responsible for developing and managing targeted training initiatives that support both new employee onboarding and ongoing professional development. Training content will span a diverse range of topics, including product knowledge, compliance protocol, internal systems, production processes, and train-the-trainer facilitation. By aligning training strategies with business goals, youll help drive performance, engagement, and long-term success across multiple departments.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $24.00- $33.006 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
