The role for Product Owner Advisor (Digital Client Engagement) involves a broad set of responsibilities, with a focus on supporting Cigna's key clients (with a focus and alignment to the JPMorgan Chase account), in all aspects of our Digital technologies, solutions, and endeavors.

Product Owners are responsible for all client customizations which involve strategy, analysis, execution and maintenance for each project that involves digital redesign. Responsibilities also vary from assisting Sales with an understanding of our capabilities, to creating a digital strategy that aligns with the client's roadmap. Must be fully proficient with giving client presentations, including website demos.

Working with Digital Product Owners and IT partners is also an essential part of the role - conveying business priorities and aligning IT efforts with key business objectives, via Agile methodology. There's also partnership required with other matrix partners within Cigna : Product, Customer Experience, and other Cigna leads.

Introduce a Dedicated Digital Client Engagement Strategist who will :

• Serve as the strategic liaison between high-profile clients and internal teams
• Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, media, etc.)
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations
• Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities based on client needs

Key Responsibilities

Ensure client needs are understood and prioritized

Collaborate on quarterly / annual marketing plans

Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness

Address concerns swiftly and effectively

Drive client expansion through tailored solutions
