Progress is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our technology partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, business development, and developer ecosystems. You'll be responsible for shaping our integration strategy, building scalable programs for developers, and driving commercial success through strategic collaborations.

In this role, you will :

• Define and launch developer-focused programs that support partner onboarding, account management, and engagement tracking.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with industry partners to deliver high-impact integrations and establish commercial partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to evolve tools and portals that support partner and developer workflows.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities through cost-benefit analysis and market research to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Establish relationships with potential partners and build business cases for integration impact.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements that support scalable and sustainable integrations.

Base Salary Range : $157,250 - $194,250. This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
