Second Shift Janitorial Associate

Company in Maryville, Tennessee is seeking a Second Shift Janitorial Associate! 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm Pay : $15.75 Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision

Responsibilities : NOTE : This list presents only the principal duties of the position and is not intended to be comprehensive.

• Clean and sanitize assigned facility locations, including bathrooms and locker rooms which include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Restock soap dispensers / supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners and clean receptacles as necessary in all offices areas and bathrooms / locker rooms
• Wash windows and dust all surfaces
• Maintain janitorial closets in a safe, clean and organized manner
• Maintain a thorough inventory of supplies and report shortages
• Report any safety or sanitary issues / repairs needing attention to supervisor
• Paint designated areas if needed
• Shovel snow and spread salt at doorways and sidewalks during storm events
• Provide emergency response to accidents or spills throughout the facility
• Operate commercial floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners and floor buffers
• Assist in setting up / breaking down employee events
• Assist in coverage for staff shortages resulting in working overtime or off-shift

Education and Experience : High School / GED, Degree requirements, prior experience preferred, but not required

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $15.75 - $15.75 Per Hour
