About the Role :
The Chemical Process Engineer will join the Materials Engineering Team in Supply Chain Operations (Plastics Materials), supporting time-sensitive sustaining projects for plastics manufacturing. These "Plastics Materials" include liquid photocurable formulations and polymer powders used in 3D Systems printing.
The Entry-level Engineer will work with a Senior Engineer to design new processes and improve efficiency and quality of existing ones. They will test and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure high-quality, repeatable, and cost-effective production They will also support Facilities with equipment maintenance and preventive upkeep across Rock Hill, SC campuses.
Preferred experience includes batch manufacturing of liquid or powder materials. Candidates must be hands-on problem solvers with strong communication skills for working with internal teams and suppliers.
