What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Develop and deliver training programs for global field service employees and hospital Bio-Med customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compliant technical training curricula and materials
  • Conduct training courses at various skill levels and maintain documentation of training attendance
  • Provide feedback and evaluations to trainees and their supervisors to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry training practices and continuously improve training methods and materials

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of engineering, technical training, or troubleshooting experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of product maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically or internationally

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Previous experience in field service or factory engineering in the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with Cranial and Spine products and imaging systems
  • Experience developing content and delivering technical training
  • Proficiency with Articulate and commonly used test equipment
  • Background in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
