What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop and deliver training programs for global field service employees and hospital Bio-Med customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create compliant technical training curricula and materialsConduct training courses at various skill levels and maintain documentation of training attendanceProvide feedback and evaluations to trainees and their supervisors to ensure effective learning outcomesStay updated on industry training practices and continuously improve training methods and materialsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of engineering, technical training, or troubleshooting experienceOR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experienceOR Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experienceStrong technical knowledge of product maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting proceduresAbility to travel up to 25% domestically or internationallyHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
