Were looking for an Associate Client Manager to support our Client Management team in delivering exceptional service to high-end residential properties.In this dynamic, hands-on role, youll assist with home maintenance coordination, client communications, field team support, and internal process optimization. Youll help ensure that every client experience reflects the high standards of our brand and team. About 20% of your time will involve visiting client homes across Greater Boston.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure all homeowner maintenance and service needs are fulfilled
- Schedule and coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, and trades for responsive and routine maintenance, punch list completion, and small tasks
- Take ownership of task executionincluding scheduling, home access coordination, and clear communication with the team
- Ensure work orders are set up accurately and maintained within Salesforce CRM, with clear documentation and timely updates
- Monitor job status and field progress, helping to triage next-day schedules and logistics
- Share completed work order reports with clients and maintain strong client communication via email and phone
- Visit client homes occasionally to support job oversight and relationship management
- Identify and suggest process improvements for workflow efficiency and scalability
- Assist in maintaining high standards of service quality and professionalism across all interactions
- Uphold and model MECs core values both in and outside of client interactions
- Support special projects and cross-functional team initiatives as needed
Location & Commitments
This position is primarily based at 2 Willow Street, #202, Southborough, MA 01745 with occasional travel to client homes.Opportunities for flexible working arrangements where applicable.Full-time role (40 hours per week).Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred; relevant coursework in Project Management, CRM, Communications, or Operations a plus3+ years of experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), client services, team coordination, or home care / maintenance supportProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressureProfessional, customer-first mindset with a proactive approachStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsSalary Range
Base salary : $53,965.00-$78,265.00 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
