As Manager of Business Transformation, you will lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence, foster innovation, and improve organizational agility. You will partner with senior leaders and teams to drive strategic improvements aligned with company goals, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to lead in fast-paced environments and grow guided by our Core Values.

Responsibilities / Expectations :

• Lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and executive priorities
• Establish and maintains governance frameworks, including performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and outcomes. Identify potential risks and issues across programs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders and external partners to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and overcome resistance to change, promoting a culture of innovation and agility
• Defines and tracks KPIs to measure transformation impact, provides regular progress / risk updates to executive leadership, and drives continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices
• Develops and executes change strategies that support adoption of new ways of working, processes, and systems ultimately minimizing disruption and maximizing impact
• Other duties as assigned
