A reputable insurance brokerage in San Francisco is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative work environment. The firm is recognized for its strong reputation, integrity, and commitment to fostering enduring client relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout the Bay Area.

We are currently only reviewing candidates located in PST & CST time zones

What's in it for you?

  • $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
  • 100% remote - equipment provided
  • MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

What we need from you :

  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
  • License : A valid Property & Casualty license
  • Tech Savvy : Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Account Management : Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts.

  • Exceptional Service : Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
  • Efficient Processing : Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests / endorsements.
  • Information Handling : Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness.
  • Application Preparation : Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
  • Market Follow-Up : Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely and competitive quotations.
