Position Overview :

  • As a Private Equity Vice President you will be instrumental in overseeing fund-level operations, conducting financial analysis, leading due diligence processes, and fostering collaboration with portfolio companies.
  • This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the fund and drive financial excellence across the portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • Fund-Level Financial Strategy : Develop and execute fund-level financial strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership in optimizing financial performance and managing risks.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling :

  • Conduct sophisticated financial analysis to support investment decision-making.
  • Build and oversee the maintenance of financial models for fund performance evaluation.
  • Due Diligence Leadership :

  • Lead due diligence processes for potential investments, overseeing comprehensive financial and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure thorough evaluations.
  • Portfolio Company Collaboration :

  • Work closely with portfolio companies to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Investor Relations :

  • Engage with existing and potential investors, providing financial insights and addressing inquiries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of investor presentations and reports.
  • Financial Reporting :

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of fund and portfolio financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Operational Optimization :

  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement within the fund and portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with management teams to drive efficiency and value creation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership :

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of financial strategies with broader business goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's or MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ of experience in private equity or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
