Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a Neuro ICU RN for their location in Kissimmee, FL. The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope of practice The RN also serves as an advocate for patients / families / caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision / mission / values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years); higher-level acuity experience preferred but strong Med / Surg candidates will be considered

Current RN license in Florida or approved multistate compact (with 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation if compact)

Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Benefits

Shifts : Nights, rotating weekends

Unit : 10-bed Neuro ICU

Patient Ratios : 1 : 2–3 typical; patient population includes neurological, post-surgical, and critically ill cases

• Shift Differentials : $4.25 nights; $3 weekends

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 (for nights)

Relocation Assistance : Case by case
