Lawley’s division in Tampa, Florida, is hiring for a personal insurance CSR / account technician! This position is fully onsite and would provide support to the Tampa personal lines team in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing accounts, as well as checking all renewals, endorsements, and cancellation documents for accuracy. An ideal candidate has at least one year of insurance experience in account servicing / support and a 440, 20-44, or 220 license. Fundamental Components of the Job :
- Provide support to Personal Lines teams in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts.
- Check all renewal, endorsements and cancellation documents for accuracy and secure corrections.
- Prepare policies and product for delivery to insured and invoicing.
- Refer gaps in coverage, low limits and other account deficiencies to the Account Manager.
- Invoice all transactions within specified time frames.
