As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sat11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of the environment and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Document incidents and observations accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to promote a secure environment in the tech, media, and telecom setting.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
