Location : Orange, CA (On-site | Full-Time)

Job Type : Temporary Contract (Z TEMP)

Pay Range : $23.92 $33.48 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Overview :

A mission-driven, community-based healthcare organization is seeking Bilingual Sr. Customer Service Representatives to join its OneCare Customer Service Department . These representatives will play a vital role in supporting member and provider inquiries, focusing on service excellence, collaboration, and respectful communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to member and provider inquiries (eligibility, enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, etc.)
  • Serve as a senior resource for junior staff and support complex case resolutions
  • Accurately document all member interactions and follow through on all cases
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies as needed
  • Meet departmental quality and productivity standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team goals

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer / member service experience (minimum 1 year in a call center)
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages :
  • Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in HMO, Medi-Cal / Medicaid, or healthcare customer service environments
  • Core Competencies :

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Work Environment :

  • On-site office-based role (no remote work)
  • Indoor environment with standard office noise levels
  • May require occasional travel
  • Physical ability to sit, type, lift up to 25 lbs, and communicate clearly
