Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Proposal Engineer with deep expertise in automation solutions in upstream oil & gas i.e. artificial lift methods (ESP, SRP, PCP, Gas Lift, etc.). The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of techno-commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and delivering competitive, value-driven Digital Solution Proposal ( RTU, Instruments, Telecommunication, Cloud / OnPrem SCADA).

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Management :

Lead end-to-end proposal development for automation and artificial lift systems.

Able to estimate engineering hours for solutions involving SCADA, PLC, RTU, and IIoT platforms.

Prepare detailed cost sheets, cashflow, resource allocation, and engineering effort estimates.

Collaborate with sales teams and clients to clarify technical requirements.

Ensure proposals meet industry standards, client specifications, and internal quality processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good knowledge of Artificial Lift Systems (ESP, SRP, PCP, Gas Lift).
