Senior Landscape Designer-Relocation Assistance!

Overview

We are a Landscape Architecture, planning, and urban design firm looking for an experienced Landscape Design Architect to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the construction industry. The successful candidate will have the chance to showcase their skills in landscape architecture, design, and planning for a range of environments, including parks, planned communities, retail, and educational spaces.

Responsibilities

• Creating innovative design solutions for projects of varying scales and complexities.
• Utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp to create detailed and accurate design plans.
• Collaborating with a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals.
• Leading and managing all phases of the design process, from initial concept through construction.
• Conducting site analyses, including the assessment of site conditions, identification of opportunities and constraints, and formulation of design recommendations.
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Incorporating sustainable design principles into designs, with a focus on achieving LEED Certification for projects.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to local and national regulations and guidelines.

$110,000 - $160,000 per year
