Customer Messaging Strategist
The Customer Messaging Strategist will develop, implement, and refine customized customer journeys, looking out for Huntington customers by ensuring they know the most important things happening with their money. This messaging will improve the customer experience, increase retention of customers and lead to deeper customer relationships. This strategist will be a collaborator - working with teams around Huntington to bring various journeys to life, always looking for ways to refine and improve. The strategist will care about and empathize with the customer, looking out for them with each message.
