Coordinator, Writer & Publisher Relations

We are seeking a Coordinator to join our Writer & Publisher Relations team that manages publisher and writer client accounts by serving as the administrative point of contact for any related queries.

Must have previous relevant music administration and / or music publishing experience as well as a strong interest in emerging industry trends, services, and technologies.

This role will suit a detail-oriented, confident and flexible team player with strong communications skills, who is comfortable communicating with senior colleagues and external clients.

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA, and is a Full-Time position with a pay rate of $20 - $23 / hour.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Manage publisher and writer client accounts
• Serve as the administrative point of contact for any related queries
• Previous relevant music administration and / or music publishing experience
• Strong interest in emerging industry trends, services, and technologies
• Detail-oriented, confident and flexible team player with strong communications skills
