Summary / objective
To facilitate patient's office experience in being seamlessly and ensure the patient leaves well-informed and prepared for their next appointment. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, and coordination of appointments.

Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatmentAssist patient with financial arrangementsInsurance verification and sending / tracking pre-determinationsBilling and sending of insurance claims with related narratives, x-rays, and photosAttending to denied claims and account receivablesSchedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule and call patients that have not completed treatmentManage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment timeHandle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperworkEffectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviorsAnswer and return incoming calls from patientsAdhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patients recordsFollow and demonstrate commitment to company policies, professional expectations and Service Excellence StandardsOther duties may be assigned.Competencies
