Implementation (New Build) Specialist
We are looking for a technical specialist to configure and implement Employee Navigator for new clients. The role involves ensuring accurate platform configuration, testing for functionality, and collaborating with internal teams to support seamless implementation.
Responsibilities
Configure Employee Navigator based on project requirements and internal specifications.Set up benefits plans, employee groups, and other necessary configurations.Assess collection of data and documents for accuracy and alert Account Manager of any concerns.Ensure accurate data entry and configuration to maintain integrity and functionality.Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to understand configuration needs and project timelines.Provide technical support during implementation, ensuring configurations are correctly applied and tested.Assist in developing and maintaining implementation plans and schedules.Facilitate seamless transition to service team with adequate documentation and communication.Perform thorough testing of configurations to ensure they function correctly and meet requirements.Identify and resolve configuration issues or discrepancies.Document testing results and ensure issues are addressed promptly.Maintain detailed records of configuration activities, including setup parameters, changes, and testing results.Generate regular reports on status of configurations and implementations.Create and update internal documentation and guides related to configuration and implementation processes.Identify system limitations and submit enhancement requests.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in benefits administration or HR technology.Knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.Experience with data management and reporting tools.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.J-18808-Ljbffr
