Location : Marshall, MI | Shift : Day (5 / 10s, potential for 6 / 10s) | Pay : Based on experience

Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking a  bilingual (Mandarin-English) Construction Safety Professional  to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines safety oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee site safety operations and ensure OSHA compliance

Conduct safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks

Provide Mandarin-English interpretation for workers and management

Support communication during training and day-to-day operations

Requirements :

Fluent in Mandarin and English

OSHA 510 certified with 3–5 years of safety experience

CHST / CSP preferred

Strong communication, writing, and computer skills

Local candidates preferred; per diem considered

Available to start immediately
