Job Overview
TriUs Electric Inc is seeking experienced Electrical Site Foreman to lead and manage residential and commercial electrical construction and service projects. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for skilled electricians ready to take the next step in their career. You'll oversee complex job sites, direct teams, manage timelines, enforce safety and code compliance, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of electrical installation on job sites.
Lead teams of electricians on residential and commercial projects.
Interpret and implement electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics.
Manage job site safety, enforce code compliance, and oversee inspections.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project deadlines.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members' performance.
Resolve onsite challenges and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Attend meetings and communicate project progress to management.
Maintain accurate documentation and materials tracking.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and complex projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety practices, and inspection processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Full-Time - Monday through Friday
