At Unlimited University UXL, we are seeking passionate, committed, and professional individuals to serve as Achievement Impact Coaches on school campuses in the Riverside County area. We are seeking individuals who are relentless in their pursuit of creating a positive impact on scholars, families, and the community. This role is ideal for individuals driven by purpose, rooted in restorative practices, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive, high-energy culture that prioritizes students' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Mission-Driven Engagement : Embody the mission and vision of Unlimit UXL by consistently working to improve the practices that support and foster the overall well-being of students, families, and the community.
  • Restorative Culture Support and lead a strong foundation of connection, with team building, community circles, and mindfulness as a foundational element of a restorative, relationship-centered school culture that promotes student voice, empathy, and trust.
  • Activity Preparation and Presentation

Participate in weekly team development sessions to learn and plan enriching student activities through a collaborative team process. From there, an AIC will execute those activities at school sites with enthusiasm, intentionality, and a focus on student growth.

  • Professionalism & Collaboration :
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism when engaging with students, families, and school staff members. Serve as a bridge-builder to help foster positive staff relationships and cohesive communication.

  • Team Morale & School Culture :
  • Engage in weekly team meetings designed to boost staff morale, share best practices, and work together to meet the needs of the community we serve.

  • Growth Mindset & Reflection :
  • Approach all responsibilities with a growth mindset, continually reflecting, learning, and improving to ensure a high standard of student engagement and personal development.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Experience working with youth in educational or community settings preferred
  • Training in or willingness to learn restorative practices and community circles
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead structured student activities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and a growth mindset
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices
